Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a warehouse associate to manage inventory control, returns processing, packing, and shipping coordination. You will perform QC audits, maintain cycle counts, and assist with loading trucks while upholding safety and accuracy standards.

The role requires detail-oriented work, basic math skills, and the ability to follow written and verbal instructions in a fast-paced environment. This on-site position supports multiple departments and maintains orderly stock and paperwork.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Six months related warehouse experience required.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Capable of using a calculator for counts and totals.

Responsibilities

• Process inventory release for orders after manifesting.
• Record inbound shipments including truckloads, LTLs, and UPS.
• Process returns and restock items to shelving locations.
• Perform quality control audits and report results.
• Maintain inventory reports, complete cycle counts, and audits.
• Coordinate shipping, contact carriers, assist loading trucks.
• Handle all will-call orders and assist with annual inventory.
• Pull products from inventory and pack into boxes.
• Apply labels, prepare manifests, and verify order accuracy.
• Monitor stock levels and replenish as needed; keep area organized.
• Adhere to operating procedures and assist other departments as needed.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
