Job summary

At Home is seeking a Part-Time Team Member to support all store operations, from front-end cash handling to freight processing and merchandising. This role emphasizes safety, efficiency, and a strong customer service mindset in a warehouse-format retail setting.

The Team Member will lift goods, stock shelves, and contribute to a positive shopping experience while adhering to company standards and processes. Open availability is required.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and some holidays.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs alone or 100 lbs with a team.
• Ability to stand/walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, climb, and reach as needed.
• Work well independently and in a team environment.
• Must have strong attention to detail and reliability.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude and follow all policies, procedures, and directives.
• Provide excellent customer service in a customer-focused environment.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties accurately and efficiently.
• Process freight and stock products according to merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks.
• Complete daily/weekly workload on time and efficiently.
• Contribute to inventory control and loss prevention efforts.
• Perform other duties as business needs require.
• Open availability to meet scheduling needs.
