Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/Equivalent.
• Clear and concise communication skills (verbal and written).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends and some holidays.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 lbs. or team lift 100 lbs.
• Ability to stand or walk for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Maintain a positive attitude, work with urgency, and follow company directives accurately, thoroughly and on time.
• Contribute to a customer-focused environment while delivering excellent service.
• Perform cashier and front-end duties, ensuring accurate transactions and a positive shopping experience.
• Process freight, sort and stock products in designated areas following merchandising guidelines.
• Perform store recovery, conditioning, and housekeeping tasks inside and outside the building.
• Complete daily/weekly workload and ensure tasks are completed efficiently and on time.
• Actively impact customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, and loss prevention for profitable store operation.
• Perform other duties as needed by business.
