Job summary

UPS in California is seeking a results-driven supervisor to oversee Package Handlers, train teams, and uphold safety, production and attendance standards.

You will lead personnel, implement development plans, ensure compliance with OSHA and company policies, and foster a positive, productive work environment.

A Bachelor's degree and management experience are preferred; strong communication and MS Office skills are required.

Qualifications

• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment is a plus.
• Leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
