Job summary

You will facilitate training, coach staff, ensure compliance with policies and government requirements, and foster a collaborative, proactive work environment while advancing professional growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required or international equivalent.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs./32 kgs.
• Flexibility to work up to 5 days per week.
• Strong written and spoken communication.
• Experience in warehouse or operations management preferred.

Responsibilities

• Supervises, trains, develops, and leads workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees and provides coaching for ongoing development.
• Establishes and promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and continuous improvement.
• Ensures compliance with department, station, corporate and local government requirements.
