Job summary

UPS is seeking a Seasonal Supervisor to lead and develop workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance in a high-volume warehouse in California. This role emphasizes strong communication, training delivery, and a proactive, team-oriented culture.

Candidates should be able to lift up to 70 lbs, work flexible shifts up to five days per week, and have a Bachelor's degree or international equivalent (preferred) with management experience preferred.

Qualifications
