Qualifications

• Must be a U.S. citizen or eligible to work in the U.S.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Experience supervising teams in a warehouse or distribution environment.
• Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Supervises Package Handlers and trains, develops, and holds workgroups responsible for safety, production and attendance.
• Sets and maintains high standards for account productivity, accuracy, customer service, organization, communication, cooperation, and safety.
• Provides innovative and effective leadership and cultivates a working relationship with personnel at all levels.
• Ensures employees adhere to safety policies and procedures and OSHA requirements.
• Manages department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promotes a positive, team-oriented environment and supports continual improvement.
