Job summary

UPS is seeking a supervisor to oversee, train, and develop workgroups focused on safety, production, and attendance. The role emphasizes high standards for accuracy, customer service, organization, and collaboration across levels of the organization.

Responsibilities include facilitating training, ensuring policy compliance, and promoting a positive, proactive work environment with strong communication and continual improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or International equivalent - Preferred.
• Must be able to lift 70 lbs / 32 kgs.
• Availability to work flexible shift hours, up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication skills.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience - Preferred.
