Job summary

UPS is seeking a permanent, on-site supervisor to lead safety, production and attendance within a fast-paced warehouse setting in the United States. The role emphasizes strong leadership, relationship-building with employees and customers, and strict adherence to safety policies.

The successful candidate will oversee training, resource management, and continuous improvement initiatives, while supporting professional development and performance evaluations across the team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or international equivalent required.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs (32 kg).
• Flexible shift hours up to 5 days per week.
• Strong oral and written communication; working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Management experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains good working relationships with employees, management, and customers.
• Facilitates training with new and current employees.
• Ensure adherence to safety policies and procedures at all times.
• Manage department resources to maximize output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Promote a positive, team-oriented work environment with proactive communication.
