Qualifications

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Experience in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Ensure safety policies and OSHA compliance for all employees.
• Manage department resources for output, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Foster a positive, team-oriented environment with proactive communication.
• Implement personal development plans for staff.
• Provide training and coaching to staff; conduct regular evaluations.
• Ensure all department employees receive orientation and necessary training.
