Job summary

Fastenal Co. is seeking enthusiastic, part-time Picking staff for our Edwardsville distribution center. You will pick orders, pack products, and print routing labels, supporting branch orders with accuracy and speed.

The role requires reliability, basic math, and teamwork—ability to follow safety guidelines and participate in ongoing training. This entry-level position offers 20–28 hours per week with potential flexible scheduling after onboarding.

Responsibilities

• Pick orders and pack product efficiently and accurately.

• Participate in programs supporting health, safety and sustainability objectives.
• Learn, pass, and practice environmental health and safety trainings.
