Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate for our brand new distribution center in Fairview, PA. This part-time role supports receiving, storage, and shipping, ensuring accuracy and on-time order fulfillment for our food and dairy manufacturing customers.

You will operate forklifts and RF scanning within our ERP system, contribute to inventory control, and collaborate with a small team to meet daily goals.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years in warehouse or distribution center operations (order fulfillment, shipping, or receiving).
• Experience with Forklifts & RF Scanners is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, accountable, and able to work independently or in a small team.
• Able to follow directions, prioritize tasks, and adapt in a fast-paced warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments and verify purchase orders with documentation.
• Perform order picking and packing for various shipments.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders with accurate documentation.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory movements.
• Conduct put-away processes for efficient storage and access.
• Support cycle counts and inventory accuracy checks.
• Operate forklifts and related equipment; training provided.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
