Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking an experienced Warehouse Operations Associate to join our new Fairview, PA distribution center in a part-time capacity. You will help receive, store, and ship products, perform order picking, packing, and inventory control, and operate forklifts and RF scanners within our ERP system.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years warehouse or distribution center experience; order fulfillment, shipping or receiving preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Reliable, accountable and good work ethic.
• Able to work independently and in small team.
• Physical ability to lift up to 56 lbs regularly and up to 115 lbs infrequently.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments and verify documents.
• Perform order picking, packing, and shipping for various delivery methods.
• Prepare outbound orders and complete system confirmations.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems to track inventory movements.
• MAintain accurate put-away, inventory, and cycle counts.
• Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment (training provided).
• Keep a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet daily goals and timelines.
