Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate to join our Jerome, Idaho distribution team in a part-time 1st shift. This role handles receiving, storage, picking, packing, and shipping to support food manufacturing customers.

You will operate RF scanners and forklift equipment, maintain inventory accuracy in our ERP (P21), and collaborate with a small team to meet daily goals. Starting pay is $21.00+ per hour, with benefits and a wellness stipend.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 1+ years in warehouse/distribution center operations.
• Forklifts and RF scanners experience a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and reliability.
• Able to work independently and in a small team.

Responsibilities

• Receive incoming shipments, verify POs, and complete required documentation.
• Perform order picking and packing for customer shipments, including various modes.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders with all confirmations.
• Use RF scanners and ERP (P21) to track inventory movements.
