Job summary

Nelson-Jameson is seeking a Warehouse Operations Associate for a brand new distribution center in Fairview, PA. This part-time, 1st shift role involves receiving, storing, and shipping products to support customers in the food and dairy manufacturing industry.

You will work with RF scanning technology and an ERP system (Prophet 21) to ensure accuracy and efficiency. We value reliability, accountability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ years of warehouse or distribution center experience.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a small team.

Responsibilities

• Receive shipments, verify purchase orders and complete required documentation.
• Perform order picking and packing for customer shipments.
• Prepare and ship outbound orders with documentation and confirmations.
• Use RF scanners and ERP systems (P21) to track inventory movements.
• Execute proper put-away processes to ensure efficient storage and accessibility.
• Support inventory integrity through cycle counts and discrepancy resolution.
• Operate warehouse equipment including forklifts and order pickers.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
