Qualifications

• Excellent math skills.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to coordinate various activities simultaneously.

Responsibilities

• Process orders for daily order processing.
• Complete route cubing, processing and order printing.
• Complete debit sheets for customers’ late orders after order cut off times.
• Write, edit and coordinate trip records and invoicing.
• Assist inbound receiving drivers with door assignments and paperwork.
• Respond to customers’ inquiries about their orders.
• Answer telephones and grant access to access control points.
• Schedule receiving appointments for the warehouse.
• Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
• Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy
