Certco, Inc. in Madison, WI, seeks a 2nd Shift Order Selector for a part-time evening role. You will pick and prepare customer orders, collaborate with a team, and support a fast-paced warehouse following our new WMS. The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and reliable attendance.

Evening hours from 4:00 PM to 9:00 PM, Sunday through Thursday, with competitive pay and weekly payout. This role offers growth within a stable warehouse environment serving Midwest grocers.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Excellent math skills
• Ability to read and write English
• Ability to count accurately and do simple math
• Must be capable of standing, walking and climbing stairs for extended periods of time
• Must be capable of climbing, stooping and kneeling
• Ability to lift, push and pull up to 80 lbs
• Ability to operate machinery
• Ability to hear well enough to communicate with co-workers
• Ability to pay attention to detail and coordinate various activities simultaneously
• Ability to communicate with supervisors, co-workers in a courteous and professional manner
• Ability to work with minimal supervision

Responsibilities

• Efficiently pick customer orders for shipment
• Carry or transport orders to shipping locations or delivery platforms
• Tag or mark orders as requested
• Repack orders when necessary
• Ensure outbound shipments are accurate and free of damage
• Stock product in pick slots
• Conduct physical inventories as required
• Maintain a clean, neat, and orderly work area
• Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse
• Conduct operations in a manner that promotes safety and complies with OSHA and MSDS Standards
• Meet company standards for productivity
• Is regular in attendance and complies with the Company Attendance Policy
