Job summary

ALDI USA is hiring a Part-Time Outbound (Shipping) Associate in our warehouse. The 1st Shift starts at 7:00 AM. You will receive stock, relocate merchandise, and prepare shipments for stores, while aiding inventory counts and maintaining safety standards.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 45 pounds and operate powered equipment.
• Experience in warehouse inbound/outbound processes.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.

Responsibilities

• Receives or selects stock to fulfill store orders efficiently.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse according to handling guidelines.
• Sorts, loads, and prepares shipments and unloads inbound shipments.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety requirements.
• Participates in inventory counts and accuracy checks.
• Interacts with peers and leadership to exchange information.
• Suggests process improvements to warehouse management.
• Operates equipment safely and follows ergonomic procedures.
