Job summary

ALDI USA in Faribault, MN is hiring for part-time outbound (shipping) roles with 1st and 2nd shifts starting at 7:00 AM and 3:00 PM respectively. The position involves receiving, selecting and moving stock, loading shipments, and maintaining warehouse safety and cleanliness.

The job requires a High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred). Candidates should be able to lift up to 45 pounds, work in varying temperatures, and operate powered equipment safely.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Receives and selects stock to fulfill orders for stores.
• Relocates merchandise within the warehouse following handling guidelines.
• Sorts, organizes and loads merchandise for shipment and unloads inbound shipments.
• Performs general cleaning to meet safety standards.
• Participates in inventory counts and communicates with peers and leadership.
• Provides input to improve warehouse processes and product quality.
• Operating equipment safely according to guidelines.
• Notifies management of quality, safety or sanitation issues.
