Island Tech Services is hiring a part-time Warehouse/Shop Assistant to support daily operations in the warehouse and production shop. The role involves material handling, inventory organization, and assisting technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.

Responsibilities include receiving, inspecting, storing materials, assembling parts for work orders, and maintaining organized areas. Forklift/pallet jack operation is included with training, and PPE is provided.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Prior warehouse or shop experience preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day.
• Basic understanding of tools and materials used in vehicle upfitting or general fabrication is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and time management.
• Willingness to learn and take direction.

We are seeking a reliable and motivated Warehouse/Shop Assistant to support daily operations in our warehouse and production shop. This is a part time role (25 hours per week). This position with work on: material handling, inventory organization, general shop upkeep, and assisting technicians to ensure smooth workflow and efficient production.
