Flexzo Ai is seeking a dependable Warehouse Assistant to support daily operations in our warehouse. You will receive, organize, and store inventory, prepare orders for delivery, and help move goods to various company locations.

The role requires safety awareness and physical stamina, including driving to multiple sites and operating an electric forklift. The ideal candidate is organized, reliable, and capable of working independently or as part of a team, with basic computer skills for inventory

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in warehouse or delivery roles preferred.
• Ability to operate an electric forklift and pallet jack safely.
• Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel to locations.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds consistently.
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing.

Responsabilidades

• Load and unload delivery vehicles and deliver to company locations.
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with counts and audits.

• Operate forklift, pallet jack, and related equipment safely.
• Maintain a clean, hazard-free workspace and proper PPE usage.
• Assist with basic maintenance and general upkeep as needed.

We are seeking a dependable and organized Warehouse Assistant to support the daily operations of our warehouse. This position is responsible for receiving and organizing inventory, preparing orders, maintaining an efficient warehouse, and delivering supplies to various company locations.

The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, comfortable performing physical work, and able to operate an electric forklift.

Key Responsibilities

• Receive, sort, label, and properly store incoming supplies and inventory
• Pick, pack, and prepare orders accurately for delivery
• Load and unload delivery vehicles
• Deliver supplies to various company locations as needed
• Monitor inventory levels and assist with regular inventory counts and audits
• Report inventory discrepancies to the Purchasing Officer
• Operate an electric forklift, pallet jack, and other warehouse equipment safely
• Maintain a clean, organized, and hazard-free warehouse
• Ensure supplies are stored properly for efficient use of warehouse space
• Assist with basic maintenance and facility-related tasks, including minor repairs, assembly, moving equipment or furniture, replacing basic fixtures or supplies, and other general upkeep as needed
• Follow all company safety procedures and properly use required PPE
• Assist the Purchasing Officer with additional warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous warehouse, inventory, shipping/receiving, or delivery experience preferred
• Ability to safely operate an electric forklift
• Must possess and maintain a valid driver’s license
• Ability and willingness to drive to various company locations to deliver supplies
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds
• Basic computer skills for inventory and order processing
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Dependable and able to work independently as well as part of a team
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, squat, reach, and perform physical tasks throughout the workday

Work Environment

This position works primarily in a warehouse environment and requires regular use of warehouse equipment and performance of physical tasks. PPE will be provided and must be worn as required. Occasional overtime or weekend work may be necessary based on operational needs.
