Job summary
Unitek College of Nursing is seeking a Part-Time Vocational Nursing Instructor to join our campus team in California. The role features weekend clinical availability and an hourly compensation range of $50.00 to $60.00, with typical hiring at or above the midpoint.

Qualifications
- Active state licensure as RN or LVN to teach nursing.
- Minimum 3 years bedside RN/BSN experience.
- Minimum 6 years bedside LVN/Associates degree experience.
- Meets the Board of Vocational Nursing faculty requirements.
- Current immunizations and Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
- Ability to mentor students in classroom, lab and clinical settings.
Responsibilities
- Teach lectures and clinical rotations, including weekends and evenings as needed.
- Review and revise course syllabi and deliver engaging instruction.
- Maintain student attendance, grades and clinical performance records.
- Submit program reports to the Director on time.
- Stay current with nursing practice and safety regulations.
