Job summary

Canyon Ranch Operating, LLC is seeking a Medical Assistant/Clinical Technician to support wellness consultations by taking vitals and gathering medical histories. This role ensures accurate documentation and adherence to HIPAA privacy rules while delivering exceptional guest service across Canyon Ranch locations.

The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, completed allied health training, and at least one year of clinical experience along with BLS certification.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Completion of a medical assistant, clinical technician, or similar allied health training program.
• Minimum 1 year clinical or healthcare experience preferred.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) Certification.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Prepare guests for medical or wellness consultations including obtaining vital signs and medical history.
• Perform clinical tasks including blood pressure, pulse, temperature, oxygen saturation, height, weight, and BMI measurements.
• Maintain accurate documentation.
• Follow infection control, safety, and HIPAA privacy regulations.
• Provide exceptional guest service consistent with Canyon Ranch wellness standards.
