Canyon Ranch Operating, LLC is seeking team members to provide exceptional guest service across spa, fitness, and pool facilities in a welcoming wellness environment. You will greet guests, guide them through amenities, and help maintain cleanliness and safety throughout all areas.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional guest service by warmly greeting visitors, assigning lockers, and guiding them through spa and fitness facilities and amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety in all gyms, studios, courts, and indoor/outdoor pool areas.
• Monitor the outdoor pool area by arranging chairs and umbrellas, replenishing supplies, and keeping the space neat and inviting.
• Ensure guest safety by observing facility use, offering guidance on equipment and amenities, and assisting with areas such as saunas and whirlpools.
• Stock towels and necessary supplies throughout the spa, gyms, studios, and pool areas to maintain readiness and guest comfort.
• Anticipate guest needs and create meaningful engagement by offering assistance, information on activities, and a welcoming experience throughout their visit.
