The position includes verifying visitors, monitoring access points, and responding to incidents across logistics/distribution areas. Ideal candidates have customer service experience, basic badge/access control knowledge, and comfort using a computer or tablet.

Qualifications

• Customer service experience preferred.
• Access control and badge experience preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet preferred.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Background check in accordance with laws.
• Allied Universal may consider qualified applicants with criminal histories.
• Drug screen required where permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements may apply state/local.
• Driver's license required for driving roles only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by following security procedures, site policies, access-control requirements, and emergency responses.
• Monitor access points, verify credentials, and maintain entry/exit records as per site procedures.
• Control access to logistics areas and report unauthorized access attempts.
• Respond to incidents calmly and inform site contacts/leadership.
• Conduct regular patrols of access points, areas, and perimeter to deter unauthorized activity.
