Job summary

Allied Universal is hiring a Security Officer Enhanced Part Time Access Credential Auditor in Atlanta, GA. This role offers fixed-hour shifts with the option to pick up additional shifts via our scheduling platform, designed to provide reliable hours and potential earnings.

Pay rate is $20.00 per hour. Ideal candidates have at least 2 years of security experience, and will perform access control, badge checks, reports, and emergency responses per site procedures. High school diploma required.

Qualifications

• Have at least 2 years of security-related experience.
• CPR certification is preferred.
• Comfort using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Access control and badge experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to clients, employees, and visitors at a financial institution by carrying out security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and when appropriate, emergency response activities.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and critical situations in a calm, professional, problem-solving manner, including contacting appropriate personnel and/or emergency services as directed by site procedures.
• Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, entrances, parking areas, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify security-related concerns.
• Monitor access points and visitor activity in accordance with site policies, reporting unusual conditions, maintenance concerns, and security-related incidents to appropriate personnel.
• Prepare clear, accurate reports and maintain required activity logs in accordance with Allied Universal and site-specific procedures.
