Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 1+ years experience in retail or customer service.
• Familiarity with point of sale systems, computers & calculators with basic phone and math skills.
• Embrace new technology and maintain high accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver sales plan and company objectives by cultivating existing customers and building new ones.
• Utilize optical prescription to recommend lenses and coatings.
• Assist patients in selecting frames and coordinate with measurements to find the best vision solution.
• Take measurements using appropriate optical tools and consult with Optician as needed.
• Maintain an inviting store environment and keep displays and inventory organized.
• Foster an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
