Job summary

Visionworks in Pennsylvania is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead for a part-time role.

You will be the face of the store, guiding patients through eyewear choices with a friendly, bold approach and will need optical knowledge and licensure as required by state guidelines. The role focuses on delivering excellent customer experiences, meeting daily sales goals, and contributing to store operations.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.

Responsibilities

• Deliver daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs.
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through continuous training.
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support the store's financial and customer experience goals, including opening and closing in LEAD positions.
