Job summary

VisionWorks Sr. Optical Specialist - Lead/Sales Lead is the face of our store, dedicated to an excellent journey for every patient and customer. Trained and knowledgeable about optics, products, and managed vision care, you guide eyewear decisions in a simple, human and bold way.

You will drive daily sales, engage with customers, and maintain product knowledge while supporting merchandising and fulfillment. This role is part-time with benefits.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience required, Visionworks or other organization.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience.
• ABO Certification can substitute for experience.

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring optimal customer experience.
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products meeting eye care needs.
• Measure eyewear fit and maintain product knowledge through ongoing training.
• Execute store operations including restocking, merchandising, and order fulfillment.
