Job summary

Visionworks is seeking a Sr. Optical Specialist-Lead/Sales Lead to be the face of our store, guiding patients through eyewear choices with expertise in optics and service. Prior optical experience helps ensure a seamless, human and bold customer journey.

The role requires licensing per state guidelines, windowed for Visionworks stores, and offers part-time hours with opportunities to meet daily sales goals. A strong emphasis on customer care and product knowledge is essential.

Qualifications

• 12 months optical experience or ABO Certification in lieu of experience.
• HS diploma, GED or equivalent related job experience
• Maintain Optician License requirements per state guidelines, as needed (Licensed)

Responsibilities

• Delivers daily sales goals by ensuring the best execution of the Customer/Patient Experience journey
• Engage with patients/customers and recommend products and services that meet their eye care needs
• Measure patients/customers for their eyewear and maintain product/optical knowledge through cont. training
• Execute day-to-day operational activities to support store goals including opening/closing in LEAD roles
