Qualifications

• 1+ year of management/supervisory experience with direct reports.
• Knowledge of retail operations, processes & policies.
• Strong basic math skills.
• Must have a strong command of the English language for all written correspondence & oral communication.

Responsibilities

• Delivers quality & improvement to exceed KPIs (e.g., Comp Sales, Conversion, Customer Count).
• Supports store business plans to maximize sales & profit.
• Leads team with Store Manager and provides feedback for development.
• Maintains store appearance and visual standards.
• Manages admin duties and works a flexible schedule including nights & weekends.
