You will maintain licensure, stay current with optometric technology, and mentor staff while delivering exceptional service. This role emphasizes vision customer care, collaboration with MOD and SMM, and strengthening our community's eye health.

Responsibilities

• Lead clinical protocols to deliver high-quality optometric care.
• Exceed KPI targets through strong accountability and care.
• Build strong relationships with patients, MOD, SMM, and store team.
• Provide outstanding patient service and eyewear recommendations.
• Ensure staff follow service protocols and maintain office systems.
• Maintain state licensure and Continuing Education requirements.
