Town and Country Veterinary Clinic is seeking a Client Service Representative (Veterinary Receptionist) to join our team. This part-time role focuses on greeting clients, scheduling, and ensuring a smooth front-desk experience for patients and their families.

You'll work Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday afternoons with alternating extended Fridays and Saturdays, enjoy benefits including 401(k) matching, a 529 plan, paid time off, and employee pet discounts, while growing your veterinary

Responsibilities

• Greet clients and their pets warmly and professionally.
• Answer calls, emails, and client questions.
• Schedule, reschedule, confirm, and coordinate appointments.
• Check clients and patients in and out efficiently.
• Maintain a friendly, professional front-desk environment.
• Assist with obtaining medical records from other veterinary hospitals.
• Prepare and process invoices and payments.
• Review estimates and obtain approvals.
• Maintain accurate client and patient records.
• Coordinate drop-offs, surgeries, and technician appointments.
• Follow hospital safety and sanitation procedures.
