Job summary

Village Animal Clinic is seeking a Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to support front desk operations in a busy, multi-doctor hospital. You will handle greeting clients, scheduling, phone coordination, and clerical tasks to ensure smooth patient flow.

Ideal candidates bring customer service experience, strong communication, the ability to multi-task, and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude. This on-site role requires lifting up to 40 lbs and weekend availability.

Qualifications

• Prior Customer Service Experience
• Must be able to lift 40 lbs.
• In-person attendance is required to support patient care and operations in the clinic. ADA compliance may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments.
• Greet clients and manage front-of-house duties.
• Maintain hospital paperwork and review invoices or discharge instructions.
