Bayshore Animal Clinic in Tampa, FL is seeking a part-time Veterinary Receptionist/CSR to support our front desk team and deliver an exceptional experience for pets and their people.

Schedule: Mondays and Fridays, with the opportunity to pick up a third day as scheduling needs arise. Location: 2812 W Gandy Blvd, Tampa, FL 33611. The role requires strong customer service, accurate data entry, and comfort with veterinary software in a busy clinic.

Qualifications

• Previous veterinary reception experience preferred
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Comfortable answering phones and assisting multiple clients in a busy environment
• Strong computer skills and ability to learn veterinary practice management software
• Excellent attention to detail and accurate data entry
• Ability to multitask and remain professional in a fast-paced environment
• Comfortable working with dogs, cats, and other companion animals
