Canton Veterinary Hospital in Canton, MA is seeking a part-time Client Service Representative to be the welcoming face at the front desk. You will coordinate appointments, communicate with the medical team, and ensure a smooth patient flow while supporting a collaborative team culture.

The role requires veterinary experience, strong communication, and a genuine interest in animal care. Typical shifts are three 8-hour days per week with rotating Saturdays, up to 30 hours weekly, with flexibility

Formación

• Minimum 1 year of veterinary experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Willingness to learn and be a team player.
• Physical ability to stand and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome clients and their pets.
• Manage appointments and schedule wellness visits, vaccinations, rechecks, surgeries.
• Answer phones and communicate with clients; direct medical questions to team.
• Coordinate client check-in/check-out; prepare forms and follow-up visits.
• Support the medical team and coordinate patient flow, including emergencies.
• Provide compassionate client care during stressful times or euthanasia considerations.
• Process payments and explain options; complete related paperwork.
• Inform clients about hospital services and preventive care.
• Keep front desk organized; restock forms and supplies; prep for each day.
• Be a dependable teammate: communicate clearly, arrive on time, help others.
