Join a leading veterinary urgent care facility as a Part-Time Veterinary Care Concierge in Los Angeles. This role focuses on delivering exceptional client service and communication while assisting the medical team in providing urgent care for pets. You'll be the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring their needs are met throughout their visit. We are looking for a Part-Time Veterinary Care Concierge to join VCA Urgent Care hospital in Los Angeles, CA.

The Care Concierge is the primary point of contact for a client during an Urgent Care visit, helping to set expectations and ensure goals are met before checkout. This client service-based role serves as the liaison between a client and the medical team.
The Care Concierge sets the pace of our in-hospital experience. Successful Concierges quickly establish credibility and trust with clients, can manage multiple processes of the client journey, and bring pace and enthusiasm.
The clients are appreciative that there is a way for their pets to get the urgent care they need every day. Pet owners can join the virtual waiting room via the website and wait at home until they are notified via text to head into the hospital. This minimizes the wait time at the hospital and decreases the stress for the pet. The beautiful, well-designed lobby is where “coffee house meets spa” provides unique spaces for pets and their owners. There are no ringing phones, slippery floors, loud noises, or crowded waiting rooms. Once checked in, all communication (from exam through checkout) is done in a private exam room with an individual Care Concierge to support the client and medical team.

Schedule: Part-time position available. The hospital is open 7 days a week, 10 am- 8 pm. Sunday and holiday coverage is required.
Compensation: The pay range for this position is $16.50 - 22 / hour. Compensation is negotiable based on education, experience, and other relevant credentials.
