You'll assist veterinarians during appointments, monitor anesthesia, answer client questions, and help with daily hospital operations, including kennel care on holiday shifts. Some weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• Veterinary Assistant with a positive attitude and strong communication.
• At least 1 year of veterinary experience preferred.
• Comfortable answering phones and interacting with clients.
• Confident, dependable and detail-oriented.
• Able to work independently while thriving in a team.
• Anesthesia monitoring experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care and support veterinarians during appointments and treatments.
• Monitor anesthesia and assist with surgical procedures.
• Answer phones and assist clients with scheduling and questions; check patients in and out.
• Provide compassionate client communication and education.
• Support daily hospital operations and team needs.
• Assist with kennel care during holiday shifts.
