• Experience in higher education, workforce development, or veteran services.
• Ability to develop and maintain employer partnerships and coordinate career events.
• Knowledge of career development theories and employment resources for students.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary staff member overseeing the Veterans and Career Services Center.
• Create a welcoming environment that supports veteran student success and connects to campus resources.
• Develop programs and events that promote veteran student success and on-campus hiring.
• Collaborate with faculty, staff, employers, and veteran-serving agencies to enhance support for veteran students.
• Provide individualized career exploration support through in-person, virtual, and phone appointments.
• Maintain and promote the college's job and internship posting database.
• Deliver career readiness workshops on résumé writing, interviewing, and career planning.
• Track student engagement and outcomes related to career services initiatives.
