Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Valid food handling certificate and RAMP certification if required within 60 days of hire.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with co-workers, management, and guests.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays; long hours may be required.
• Ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to work in cold and warm temperatures.
• Able to safely work on wet, slippery, and uneven surfaces.
• Must safely operate and maneuver manual pallet jacks and forklifts.
• Must be able to lift heavy objects frequently.

Responsibilities

• Meet the company standards for guest service, interaction with co-workers, and uniform standards.
• Greet guests respectfully to enhance the customer experience.
• Assist with receiving and distribution control for the venue.
• Stock all stands, bars, and portable locations while maintaining inventory control, sanitation, presentation, and quality.
