CrossAmerica Partners is hiring a Team Member in Allentown, PA. This part-time role offers afternoons and evenings with flexible schedules and weekly pay. Starting at $14.25 per hour, you will deliver friendly customer service, keep the store clean, and help run daily operations.

You will greet customers, assist with product selection, promote promotions, handle cash, and participate in inventory and safety protocols to ensure a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Retail or customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math and cash handling experience.
• Flexible hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Reliable and punctual.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers with a positive and friendly attitude.
• Assist customers in locating products and making purchasing decisions.
• Promote and recommend store products by staying informed on promotions and new arrivals.
• Upsell and cross-sell items to increase store sales.
• Operate the cash register and process transactions accurately and securely.
• Maintain store cleanliness and restock shelves as needed.
• Support inventory counts and report low stock levels.
