Job summary

Oak View Group seeks a Warehouse Worker to support venue distribution, inventory, receiving, and purchasing with a flexible event-driven schedule including evenings and weekends. The role emphasizes accurate stocking, sanitation, and efficient transfers between storage areas during events.

The position is part-time with an hourly rate of $14.00, demanding reliability, professional presentation, and strong teamwork to ensure smooth operations and exceptional guest experiences at our Tampa venues.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years foodservice / hospitality experience; similar venue experience a plus.
• Food service certification

Responsibilities

• Assist with product purchasing/ordering, receiving and distribution control for the venue.
• Maintain sanitation and organizational systems of all warehouse storage areas.
• Fulfill all event expectations including requisitioning during events, post-event breakdown, warehouse returns, equipment storage, sanitation and maintenance.
• Ensure appropriate stocking levels for each event; rotate and maintain product integrity.
• Ensure proper transfer process of product between locations, including follow-up documentation.
• Assist in routine maintenance; cleaning and maintenance of concession and utility equipment and storage areas.
• Conduct walk-through of the commissary, warehouse and storage areas after the day’s completion to ensure cleanliness.
