Legends Global is seeking a Venue Technology Assistant for Alpine Valley Music Theatre in Elkhorn, WI. This part‑time role supports POS systems, performs hardware replacements, and ensures systems are operational for events.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 POS system support and escalate when needed.
• Conduct venue walk-throughs to ensure all systems are operational before and during events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware & hardware errors and breakages.
• Maintain knowledge of organization standards and safety practices.
