Job summary

Legends is seeking a part-time Warehouse Supervisor for Alpine Valley Music Theatre in Elkhorn, WI. The role oversees warehouse operations, coordinates events, and ensures safety and sanitation across storage areas.

Under the Warehouse Manager, you’ll plan and assign tasks to staff, maintain inventory procedures, and liaise with vendors. The position requires lifting up to 50 pounds and irregular hours including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required.
• At least 2 years of experience in receipt, storage or distribution of food, beverage, supplies, or equipment; at least 1 year in a supervisory role.
• Ability to promote and participate in a team environment.
• Able to understand written and oral directions and communicate accordingly.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds; irregular hours including nights, weekends, holidays.

Responsibilities

• Ensure control procedures are used for cataloging, inventory control, bulk storage and distribution of materials, equipment and supplies; assist in maintaining this supply system.
• Coordinate all warehousing activities with management team.
• Receive, store and distribute supplies and equipment in large centralized warehousing operations.
• Use storage systems, policies and procedures to ensure maximum use and efficiency of space and storage areas in warehousing operations.
• Submit reports of damage, outdated stock or supplies, over and under shipments, return of goods to vendor, etc.
• Contact vendors to reconcile invoice discrepancies, shortages, over shipments or to arrange for emergency shipments or requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with all applicable health and safety regulations.
• Perform other related duties as required.
