Job summary

Legends is seeking a part-time Venue Technology Assistant for Shoreline Amphitheater in Mountain View, CA. The role supports POS systems, performs venue tech walk-throughs, and replaces defective hardware during events to ensure seamless operations.

Responsibilities include diagnosing software/hardware issues and implementing improvements. The ideal candidate adapts quickly, communicates clearly, and can stand and walk long distances during events. Pay ranges $21-$22 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Provide level 1 & 2 support to all point-of-sale system problems and escalate when necessary.
• Initiate and implement improvements to areas of responsibility.
• Conduct venue walk-through to ensure all systems are operational prior to and during all events.
• Replace defective hardware before, during and after events.
• Diagnose software, firmware & hardware errors and breakage.
• Maintain thorough knowledge of the organization and adheres to all standards and practices.
