Job summary

Oak View Group is seeking a Staff Accountant in Corpus Christi, Texas, to manage financial transactions and perform a wide range of accounting duties including accounts payable, balance sheet reconciliation, and month-end closing procedures. Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or a closely related field and at least 1 year of relevant experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Office is required, and knowledge of NetSuite is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration.
• 1 year of professional accounting experience, preferable including supervisory experience.
• Must be accurate and efficient with the ability to meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Process and prepare accounts payable invoices.
• Reconcile balance sheet accounts.
• Assist with month-end closing procedures.
