Job summary

Allied Universal, a leading security and facility services company, is seeking a Part Time Security Officer Vehicle Patrol Driver in Atlanta, GA. In this role you will serve and safeguard clients across government locations, with a flexible schedule and the ability to claim additional shifts using the Claim a Shift platform.

You will patrol a government site unarmed, monitor access points, and maintain a visible presence to deter incidents.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of security‑related experience.
• A valid driver’s license is required for driving positions.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• Drug screen may be required.
• Licensing requirements may be required in state/local laws.
• 18+ for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service to visitors, employees, and the public while following site procedures and access-control protocols.
• Monitor entrances, exits, and public areas; verify authorized access; report suspicious activity or policy violations.
• Respond to incidents calmly and report according to procedures.
• Conduct regular patrols of buildings, parking areas, and perimeter locations.
• Complete incident reports and shift documentation accurately and promptly.
