Job summary

Allied Universal is seeking a part-time Security Officer in Atlanta, GA. You will conduct unarmed patrols at a logistics and distribution location, maintain a visible presence, deter incidents, and provide excellent customer service to employees, visitors, and deliveries. Qualifications

• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Background check required in accordance with laws.
• As a condition of employment, subject to drug screen.
• Licensing requirements may apply based on state/local laws.
• Driver’s license required for driving positions only.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer service by carrying out security procedures and site policies.
• Respond to incidents calmly and escalate as needed per site procedures.
• Conduct regular unarmed patrols of loading areas, parking, entries, and perimeter.
• Monitor access and direct individuals to appropriate areas per policies.
• Document patrols and incidents and report to site contacts and leadership.
