Job summary

DoorDash is seeking a Part-Time Variable Schedule Operations Associate for its DashMart Tucson location. You will pick and pack orders, manage inventory, and keep the warehouse clean while ensuring substitutions meet customer approval.

You must be reliable, team-oriented, and able to lift up to 50 lbs; prior grocery, food service, or warehouse experience is a plus. This role includes shifts with a two-week minimum commitment and on-the-job training.

Qualifications

• Reliable, punctual, and able to work varied shifts.
• Experience in grocery, food service, or warehouse operations.
• Detail-oriented with respect to freshness and safety.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in refrigerated areas.
• HS diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Pick and pack orders through the app.
• Inventory and spoilage management in the warehouse.
• Organize the warehouse for efficient workflow.
• Delight customers by ensuring substitutions are approved.
