Job summary

Human Service Forum is seeking a part-time Van Driver in Springfield, MA. Earn $22.00 per hour for 25 hours a week, with a sign-on bonus of $500 ($250 after first week of training and $250 after 90 days).

Provide transportation to Viability members, ensure vehicle safety and required paperwork, and maintain courteous conduct for passengers and customers. Hours are Monday-Friday, with set morning and afternoon shifts.

Qualifications

• High School/GED.
• Must have a valid driver’s license for at least 3 years with a good driving record.
• Pre-employment DOT Physical, drug screening, criminal background check, fingerprinting and driver history record required.

Responsibilities

• Provide transportation to Viability members to get to work and day programs.
• Ensure the vehicle is safe and in good operating condition and complete required paperwork.
• Demonstrate courtesy and respect to passengers and customers; perform additional duties as assigned.
